I bumped into Heed in my modified run and took damage. After making it into the saferoom I petted tame Doombringer and my wound was healed with a blue flash and a sound effect. I couldn't find anything about it in the wiki, so, if it's an intended mechanic, please add it somewhere.

Carnation has vines now (it blocks the next door on the hiding spot room)
New modifier, that makes the vines not appear anymore.
Litany has new eye-opening sound, and has a new jumpscare too.
Sorrow has a new sound when it attacks (the old one got removed if you dont know)
New bug! when doombringer explodes you "die", but gets softlocked until you "respawn" in the next saferoom.
There might be more, i may not renember though.

They added a plant barrier in the hiding spot room which opens when all people are in the hiding room, there is practically No Way you’re getting past it, I think it’s to help new players find the hiding room and make it so that people don’t rush past to parry/dart

How mines work:
When touched, will explode and launch you in the opposite direction or upwards when hitting the top of the mine instead of killing you, you can also activate a mine by another entity or shooting it
