Items are an essential part of GRACE, since you'll need either the Lantern or Flashlight to start a run. Most items can be added to your loadout at the start of run; you can get most items in the Shop. Although some items such as Skin Cans, Trait Charms, Bricks, Keys, Super Keys and Notes are obtained during the run.
