Overview[]
Uniquely functioning as both a light source and a utility. While held, a laser will produce moderate light where it makes contact. Clicking once causes the Gleam to fire one of its twelve rounds, with remaining ammunition indicated by dots near the center of the screen. The gun can manually be reloaded at any time by pressing R or by attempting to fire without any remaining bullets loaded, taking about 1.5 seconds.
While the Gleam is held, a single bright cell-like target will appear in front of most doorways. Targets have a diamond indicator visible through walls. Successfully shooting a target will grant the user a moderate amount of LOVE. You could also shoot Zombers with the Gleam, but you will not gain LOVE.
Trivia[]
- The Gleam appears to be based on the Tokarev TT-33 handgun and is also fitted with a suppressor resembling the SilencerCo Osprey suppressor.
- The Gleam is more of a laser pointer than a light, hence why you can’t banish/Flash Entities with it.
