==Appearance==
Slugfish appears to be a large, elongated dull brown tapeworm or eel-like creature with its mouth constantly open wide, revealing many long razor-sharp teeth and a giant eyeball at the back of its throat emitting a bright light as well as having 2 pitch black eyes to its upper sides to mimic a real animal, what are known as false eyes.

When using its respective [[Traits#Bound|Bound Trait]] (Solent), Slugfish appears neon blue instead of brown, and has different sounds when near or passing by. 

==Behavior==
When Slugfish spawns, it will hint at its on-coming by introducing a short white static covering players' screens reminiscent of [[Carnation]]'s indicator, afterwards emitting noticeable white tentacle-like objects, possibly flames, writhing on the sides of the players screen, getting progressively more and more intense the closer Slugfish is to the player. In its [[Traits|bound trait]], the indicator appears blue.

Players must quickly get out of its way and let Slugfish pass by to survive its attack.

Slugfish, when spawning for the first time each run, is guaranteed to spawn alongside Carnation. After that, its spawning is independent.

Slugfish approaches fast and aggressively and can be startling for newer players. Slugfish goes strictly through the middle of the room by the quickest path and turn. Once it passes by, a red, bloody mist will appear before dissipating.

If players are killed by Slugfish, they will be instantly devoured and only a few stains of blood will be left behind.
