This page has content that is only available in the Secret Test Branch version of Grace. Only developers have access to it.

"Will you wake up tomorrow?"

This article is unfinished and may contain theorized\unfinished content. You can help the Grace Wiki by adding more information. All contributions matter and are appreciated!

This page is meant to list upcoming content in Grace.[]

NOTE: Only add something here if it was confirmed by the Grace Developers, either that be through the Discord or somewhere else with concrete evidence that it is official. Also, DO NOT ADD LEAKS THAT ARE NOT OFFICIALLY FROM THE DEVELOPERS. Leaks are not allowed as stated by the rules. Do not add anything from the Public Test Branch either. The difference is that developer leaks are shown publicly while non-official leaks look into the game itself rather than confirmation, thus making information here unreliable if the developers decide to change it.

(Since there is no image of it in place, files to the showcase are here (image proof) and here (video showcase).

Unknown Trait Name
An upcoming bound trait for Doppel[3], paired with the sentence "a souvenir, a reminder. your reflection. you feel your past wash over you. why do you still keep it around?"

There are planned to be more entities, described by Simon as being "more colorful"[4]

It is confirmed that there are going to be 9+ new entities.

Image Name Information(s)
Tragedy Described as having to "go out of your way to see them," and also being confirmed not to be a modifier or normal entity, though you "have to enter something" to encounter them.
Stem Likely to be related to Carnation. Low chance to be an on-screen entity, in the same manner as Dozer, Litany, KooKoo, etc.
Snap most likely to be an on-screen entity, in the same manner as Dozer, Litany, KooKoo, etc.
Flowerhead(s?) Mostly unknown. It is very large in comparison to the player.

Gamemodes[]

There are 2 confirmed upcoming gamemodes, for the first gamemode, simon said "there will be a mode with a 3rd person view" in a leak; and in the new UGC's, there is evidence to back that up. the sinner accessories are referred to as "John [Gamemode]" in their descriptions, and the "%^$&#$%^" UGC does the same, however the gamemode name is replaced with gibberish. It may be connected to the gamemode simon mentioned, and also may be connected to the upcoming badge.

The second confirmed gamemode is Mayhem. Although not much is known about what it's supposed to be, We somewhat know how it works because Vey, The creator of the gamemode has done some runs with Mayhem turned on. Whenever Mayhem is turned on after you open the saferoom door of saferoom 0, The game's lighting turns black and white.

  • Mayhem has bigger saferooms and is known to have songs that are currently impossible to hear in the rest of the game.
  • Mayhem (based on it's publicly ran day 1 and day 2 versions) automatically adds modifiers after each saferoom.
    • Mayhem doesn't hide the modifiers it uses, leading to being able to somewhat recreate a Mayhem run.
  • A few Entities have additional assets which don't appear in the Grace gamemode, such as Litany having wings and Dozer having a crown and a cape.
    • Mayhem has it's own notes, however we don't fully know what they mean due to the gamemode being made in a couple of days at the time that Vey was doing runs.

As far as we are currently aware, Mayhem contains at least 1 new entity from the upcoming update.

The gallery below contains images/assets that were taken/extracted from runs during "Mayhem day 2", which means some of the images could become outdated or slightly changed by the time the gamemode becomes available to the public.

Badges[]

There are 7 known upcoming badges.

Icon Name Description
Unknown Badge Icon is in reference to a scene in the game FAITH, where the protagonist John Ward is strapped to a hospital stretcher and is seen quickly going through rooms with speed. The character in the icon is fitted to look like John Ward. Was revealed by Simon along with the blurb "cultists so nice they gave you a joyride... for free! how generous!".[5]
wrong diligence The icon is an altered version of the one for achieving S rank in Zen. The obtainment may possibly involve getting a rank higher than S.
NO REST FOR THE TEMPTED Unknown. May potentially be for surviving an upcoming monster with a green-coloured note, similar to the green colour found in the badge icon.
LOVESPILL Most likely involves filling the love meter up through 'Spread the Love' trait effects.
tip of the tongue Unknown. May be related to the upcoming gamemode.
korzeń The icon is an altered version of jabłoń (The badge for surviving Carnation), where the little Carnation unfortunately has its head torn off, with the entire atmosphere being suffocatingly sad. The word "korzeń" means "roots" in Polish. It likely ties into the Blossom item that also has yet to be revealed or the Stem entity.
it's and yours Possibly has something to do with Slight or Heed
COWARD Unknown. It was said that "anymore of the badge and it's too much", which may mean it relates to a new entity or gamemode.

There are currently 4 known upcoming modifiers

Modifiers[]

Cuffs Unconfirmed[]

  • Coined "Cuffs" as that was the original filename
  • Has a sub-modifier

Red Star Unconfirmed[]

  • The sub-modifier of Cuffs.
  • A sub-modifier with a sub-modifier

Root Unconfirmed[]

  • Very likely to spawn the upcoming "Stem" Entity.
  • May also be related to Carnation's vines, judging by the similar modifier appearance.

Nullscape Unconfirmed[]

  • Possibly for the collab between Grace and Nullscape. It's effect is unknown but according to another sneak-peek, it may spawn gifts in rooms.
  • Nullscape has already added their part of the collab on the 24th of October, which means this could absolutely be for Grace's part of the collab.

Unknown[]

Image Details Important Notes
Resembles Rue, the filename suggesting that it is a "baby" version A video was seen of the "rue baby" approaching the player as Rue would do usually, this might also be a doodle and is likely an entity skin.
The gif of the symbol was called an "indicator", that filename is typically used for entity indicators such as Rue and Mimes' indicators. Resembles the upcoming "cuffs" modifier.
Could possibly be a new modifier, trait, item skin, or something completely new to the game.
An image depicting multiple Doppels, with some of them being stretched out or distorted. May hint at an new modifier for Doppel.
The image shows a hallway with 8 pillars across. At the start, it appears to have two monument looking stones. There is a glowing path on the floor. At the end of the hall, it seems to be a vault door. Confirmed to be an entrance to "a domain"[6].

Messages[]

Image Phrase Notes
Got the bricks pummeled out of me Does not have to do with dying or parrying, references 2 things not related.

Doodles[]

Doodles are a feature that will be implemented in Grace. They are recolorable stickers that can be placed in many places (including the lobby). It is unknown how they are unlocked or how exactly they will function. The style that all doodles match is as follows

  • They contain two colors: Black and a recolorable part (by default white)
  • They can be placed on walls and (potentially) floors/overhangs
  • They will likely either disappear over time or be limited in some way, likely placed in runs only.
Image Details
Drain with pompoms, piggybacking on a player, as shown in the tally form.
Dozedog
A doodle of Dozer as a dog, as shown in the tally form.
Rat
A doodle of KooKoo as a rat, as shown in the tally form.

Entity Skins[]

Entity Skins are a feature that will be implemented into Grace. They change the way an entity looks like to the player (due to it being client-sided)

  • Entity skins can be found in the cosmetics tab of the menu, under the timer button.
    • The button takes the appearance of a pink rotated Sin at a 45 degree angle. (See Gallery Picture #1)
    • The entity selection mode is in a 3x7 grid. (See Gallery Picture #2)
  • Entity Skins will use a new currency that will be obtained via leveling up. (HexT, a developer of the game who streamed at the starting room of the Grace gamemode was asked to check their levels before even trying to get to saferoom 0)
    • It is unknown what the currency's name or image is though.
  • There will be about 50+ entity skins according to Simon
