- Goatman - It's very hard to see it coming and especially worse on mobile where the screen is small
- EPIK DUCK - Literally just another Goatman but with an indicator
- Dozer - Why do I need to say this, it always appear whilst outrunning Carnation and slowing you down, nightmare for mobile players. Also can penetrate Safezones (idk if they fixed yet)
- Heed - He's just very buggy
- Elkman - Imagine you're halfway in a empty room with no walls, and you see him. Impossible to outrun
- Rue - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
- Doppel - Woah
- Doombringer / Joey + Kookoo - One just screams while you're holding a lantern (if exposure isn't on) and another forces you to put it away.
- Zomber - Must shoot with a gun, and has some annoying knockback
- Sorrow - You might be a goner, especially in parkour rooms
- Carnation - Forces you to go to a certain area, just interrupts your speedrun
- Slight - Blocks your way
- Tar + Pits - Prevents you from progressing if you are terrible and walljumps or at mobile controls
- Litany + Slugfish - Lowest on list, they make your experience not as hard
